Host of the Aiper press conference for the Smart Yard Ecosystem launch at IFA 2026 in Berlin
On 3 September 2026, the day before IFA opened, Aiper presented its 2026 line-up in Berlin. The press conference began at 2 p.m. At the centre of it was the Aiper Smart Yard Ecosystem, along with the Scuba V3 Ultra robotic pool cleaner and the IrriSense 2 SE irrigation system, among others.
Felix Uhlig hosted the press conference in English. Welcome, introducing Aiper product manager Andres Gomez, handing back, and afterwards a talk with him on stage.
It did not take place in a conference room but on the trade show stand itself: a pool filled with water, with a landscaped garden and real grass beside it. In front of the stage sat trade press, cameras and photographers.
The timing was right for him personally, too. Felix Uhlig is a smart-home enthusiast and has connected his own home accordingly; “One Yard. One Intelligence.” is the same concept, only outdoors. It was therefore an honour for him to host this launch.
