Corporate event host at the grand VEGA Home of Values finale
In the autumn of 2024 Felix Uhlig hosted the grand finale of the "Home of Values" series at Europa-Park Rust. In front of more than 1,000 employees of VEGA Grieshaber KG, he served as corporate event host and as the bridge between a strategic change of culture and an emotional show.
His assured guidance turned the company values the team had worked out – from curiosity to humanity – into something everyone in the room could feel. With a sure sense of dramaturgy he steered a complex stage programme and made certain that the transformation process came to a close in a way the international team would carry with them. A finale that brought professional entertainment and a deeply held brand identity together.
Working with Felix was simply brilliant. On stage he was outstanding, he fired people up and created a fantastic atmosphere. He really had the audience one hundred per cent in hand – quiet or loud, everyone went along with him.
