Host of DALK 2023, the German training managers' congress
Felix Uhlig hosted the German training managers' congress (DALK) 2023, held in November at the Congress Center Düsseldorf. The congress offered a full programme of more than 40 talks and workshops on subjects such as recruiting apprentices, digital learning methods and reaching Generation Z.
The highlights were the keynotes by Miriam Höller, Detlef D! Soost and mentalist Thorsten Havener, who offered inspiring insight and plenty to take away. Uhlig's professional hosting turned the congress into an inspiring event for everyone taking part.
